Orders within Ilorin are delivered within 1–2 working days.
Orders to other towns and states are delivered within 3–5 working days.
Delivery is free on orders above ₦500,000.

Installation
Air conditioners are installed by our own technicians. Standard installation of a split unit, with up to 3 metres of copper pipe, is included in the price within Ilorin.
Extra copper pipe, brackets and electrical work beyond a standard installation are quoted before work starts.
Warranty
Every product is brand new, sealed and covered by its manufacturer’s warranty — usually 1 year for small appliances and up to 2 years on compressors.
Keep your receipt and the stamped warranty card. We handle warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Damaged or faulty items
A product that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced within 7 days of delivery. Report it to us before the packaging is thrown away.
