Yes. Orders within Ilorin are delivered within 1–2 working days. Orders to other towns and states are delivered within 3–5 working days. Delivery is free on orders above ₦500,000.
Is installation included when I buy an air conditioner?
Air conditioners are installed by our own technicians. Standard installation of a split unit, with up to 3 metres of copper pipe, is included in the price within Ilorin.
Are the products original, and do they come with a warranty?
Every product is brand new, sealed and covered by its manufacturer’s warranty — usually 1 year for small appliances and up to 2 years on compressors.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by bank transfer, card, or cash and POS on delivery within Ilorin. Large appliances can also be reserved with a deposit and collected from the showroom.
What happens if my appliance arrives damaged?
A product that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced within 7 days of delivery. Report it to us before the packaging is thrown away.
Where is the Favour Electronics showroom?
The showroom is at 2a Ahmadu Bello Way, GRA, Ilorin South, Ilorin, Kwara State, beside keystone bank.
